To promote an open, transparent, and safe operational culture, we have implemented a channel for reporting suspected misconduct. The whistleblowing channel provides a confidential platform for raising concerns about potential misconduct or violations of operating principles for internal investigation. All Norsepower’s stakeholders have the option to report misconduct and unethical behavior anonymously using a system provided by Juuriharja.

The whistleblowing channel is designed to ensure the anonymity of the reporter if they choose to remain anonymous. All reports are handled confidentially, safeguarding the privacy of both the reporter and the subject. Personal data processing complies with the obligations outlined in the Data Protection Act (1050/2018).

Reports can be made based on suspicion alone and without concrete evidence, provided they are made honestly and in good faith. Reports received through the whistleblowing channel are reviewed by designated individuals, who initiate necessary investigations. Handling of the reports is confidential. If a report implicates one of the designated handlers, they will not be involved in the case review and investigation.

Upon receipt, we will acknowledge your report within 7 days. Additional information may be requested from you during the investigation as needed. This communication will also be conducted through the channel, confidentially and anonymously. You will be informed of the outcome of the investigation within 3 months of submitting the report through the channel.
