2019-04-30: Norsepower Receives International Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Certification by Lloyd’s Register
Norsepower is pleased to announce that it has been successfully awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Quality, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System certifications by leading marine classification society – Lloyd’s Register. The certifications covers all levels of operations within Norsepower related to its Rotor Sail Solution technology.

Norsepower’s Rotor Sail Solution is a proven, low-maintenance, easy to use and reliable fuel-saving technology. It has already been installed on three vessels and has achieved over 35,000 hours in operation, saving more than 4,500 tonnes of CO2 in the process. The solution has delivered independently verified fuel savings with potential of up to 20%.
